Vegetable Soup

Fresh garden vegetables including squash, celery, carrots, green and wax beans cooked with red-ripe California tomatoes and Italian seasonings.

A hearty chili made from lean, diced turkey with traditional Southwestern chili seasonings, small red beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions and green chilies.

Crab Soup

A traditional Maryland-style soup created from crab together with fresh root and leaf vegetables, tomato filets, and finished with traditional crab seasonings. 

But there’s more to the tomato story. Nutritional research shows that tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and potassium.
