Kettle Cuisine’s Innovative New Soups
Take Top Billing as Cool Weather Approaches

(Fall 2008)  Innovation and exciting new tastes are keys to Kettle Cuisine’s new soups. The Chelsea, MA maker of soups, stews and chowders for foodservice operators and grocery retailers has created three new contemporary varieties with lively savory flavors that will please your customers throughout soup season and beyond. The new soups include:

Buffalo Chicken Soup
Tender chicken meat simmered in chicken stock, with sautéed celery and carrots, finished with our own spicy hot sauce and blue cheese.

Chipotle Sweet Potato Soup
(Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free)
Sweet potatoes, carrots, and onions sautéed together in olive oil seasoned with chipotles and simmered in vegetable stock, finished with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seed oil.

Vietnamese Chicken Pho
with Noodles
(Low Fat)
Steamed bok choy, red pepper, and onions with sautéed mushrooms in a traditional Asian broth seasoned with star anise, ginger, lemongrass and cloves simmered with chicken, fresh basil and wide egg noodles.

Kettle Cuisine’s founder Jerry Shafir said, "I love these new soups – they reflect the diverse cultures and tastes that are integral to the new American cuisine. In creating these soups, we continue our tradition of classical cooking techniques using the best quality ingredients available"

Kettle Cuisine makes over sixty (60) varieties of refrigerated and frozen soups, stews and chowders. Their soups are available throughout the United States.
