Inc. names Ken Johnson VP of Retail Sales
(Chelsea,
MA, November 2008) Kettle Cuisine, Inc. of Chelsea, MA has
named Ken Johnson, Vice President of Retail Sales. Johnson’s
responsibilities will focus on strengthening the company’s
relations with retail customers and continuing the company’s
commitment to bringing the best quality all-natural soups,
stews and chowders to the marketplace. Johnson said, “Kettle
Cuisine’s retail products are perfect for today’s lifestyles
where time is so often precious. I’m delighted to join this
company where retail customers’ can rely on us to use the best
ingredients available and where great taste, quality and
convenience are consistent in every bowl.”
Johnson brings over 27 years of
expertise in food sales, including 21 years with Hannaford
Bros. of Scarboro, ME where as Vice President he instituted
Natures Place, a natural food store within a store, as
Vice President of Sales at the Jon Morris Company of Norwood,
MA, and Vice President of Retail Sales at Barber Foods of
Portland, ME. Johnson graduated from Colby College,
Waterville, Maine in 1976 and from the Amos Tuck School of
Business at Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH in 1980. He and his
wife of 32 years, Kathy Johnson, have three grown children,
Kaitlyn, Kory and Kevin.
