its 2007 lineup of summer seasonal soups ─ and they’re sure to
be a menu hit. This season’s offerings include:
Shrimp &
Roasted Corn Chowder
Tender shrimp
and sweet kernels of fire-roasted corn combined with fresh
cream from local New England dairies make this chowder a
delicious summer experience.
Spanish Fish
Soup
This
traditional Spanish-style soup is prepared with haddock,
tomatoes, peppers and our own homemade chicken stock. A top
choice for any fish lover!
Sour Cherry
Soup
Created in an
old world, Eastern European style, this chilled soup uses sour
cream and is filled with sour cherries for a truly unique
summer treat.
Strawberry
Soup with Champagne & Lime
A strawberry
lover’s dream of hand-picked strawberries and pink champagne
finished with a touch of lime to add a delightful tangy
flavor.
