Hot Mama’s Gourmet Foods offers restaurants and
institutional dining facilities (of every sort and size), easy
and cost-effective ways to expand their menus with delicious,
all natural, fresh and frozen packed foods that offer healthy
alternatives and jazz up standard fare.
Private Label
Hot Mama’s Private Label program offers customers the ability
to market custom recipe, high quality, fresh-packed food
products under their own brand. By strictly following recipes
and using only the best ingredients, Hot Mama’s high quality
products are consistent time after time. Their ability to
produce orders according to their customers’ timetables allows
for a three (3) day (or fewer) turn around from date of order
to date of pickup.
With two facilities, one on the East coast (Northampton, MA)
and now in the Mid-West (Chicago, IL ), Hot Mama’s full
service kitchens and packaging facilities consistently
manufacture competitively-priced products that can be
all-natural, vegan, Kosher Parve, USDA approved, and select
organic products. They develop new products and recipes to
meet customers’ needs and package in individual servings or in
large volume containers (from 8 oz. and up). Hot Mama’s
handles high-volume, time-sensitive orders
with products that can have up to a 60 day shelf life.
